Your no.1 accesory is your hair, my gorgeous! More than anything else I really believe your hair can make or break your look (yup; more than make up, even more than fashion).

We all hate bad hair days, and a bad hair cut can ruin your life for months. But a great hairstyles will knocks years off you, and give you a major confidence boost. For this reason, I recommend you spend as much on your hair as you possibly can. And go for regular haircuts; at least every six weeks.

Style and Condition

This might surprise you, but as far as I’m concerned, style outweigh condition. Of course, blow-drying your style will damage your hair, but what’s the alternative? Very few people can carry off wash-and-wear hair. My most important hair tip: never let your hairdresser blow-dry your hair! You’ll never be able to copy it yourself when try to keep your dryey on as low a heat setting as possible; slick through some serum and you’ll be fine. Changing your parting is a good idea too; you will reveal new shiny undamaged hair. If all that fails, go for regular vegetable-based glossing rinses; it’s like a semi-permanent varnish for your hair.

More than anything you can improve the condition of your hair by what you eat. Soya contains omega 3 and essential fatty acids, which are vital for healthy skin, hair and nails. So eat as much as you can and watch your skin, hair and nails turn shiny, shiny, shiny! I promise, you will be amazed.
